Our Services
Primary Care
Primary care for all ages and for all aspects of your health including: routine screenings, lifestyle modifications, stress management, mental health, and early intervention to improve health and prevent disease. Utilizing the “Root-Cause” approach in our Primary-Care Services we believe in treating the whole person, not just your symptoms. During our visits, we listen to patient concerns and focus on getting to the root of the problem, rather than just temporarily alleviating symptoms.
Mental Health
We provide a safe and confidential environment where patients can feel comfortable sharing their experiences and challenges. Our provider is experienced in outpatient mental health and offers mental health focused visits to all ages. Patients do not need to utilize our office as their primary care provider in order to be seen for mental health concerns. Our approach integrates traditional and holistic practices to support mental and emotional health. Our mental health visits may include: treatment, evaluation, and medication management for conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among several other diagnoses. We practice continuous monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes and can assist patients with the development of safety plans and connection to additional resources and support systems. We can also offer to collaborate with your licensed mental health professional, primary care provider, and other specialists to ensure you receive comprehensive care.
Pediatrics
We provide comprehensive care to children from birth, through adolescence, and into adulthood. We aim to support the physical, emotional, and developmental health of your child in a warm and nurturing environment. Our pediatric visits may include: well-child visits, common childhood illnesses, minor injuries, asthma, screenings, nutrition, behavioral health visits, ADHD, anxiety, depression, school/sports physicals and allergies. Vaccinations are available upon request.
Weight Management
Our weight loss program includes comprehensive evaluations including medical history, current health status, and lifestyle factors. Your initial appointment includes a body composition report to assess weight, muscle mass, basic metabolic rate, and fat percentage. We will also take a mental health inventory to address emotional and psychological factors related to weight management and overall well-being, incorporating strategies for improving sleep, reducing stress, and enhancing mental health. We will discuss any underlying medical conditions that may affect weight, such as thyroid issues, diabetes, or other metabolic disorders. At the consultation we have a discussion of options for weight loss assistance such as medications or supplements, and appropriate selection if meeting criteria. We recommend regular follow-up appointments and lab work to monitor your progress and make adjustments to your plan if needed. With ongoing follow-up visits we can further discuss tools and resources to help you stay motivated and accountable, including meal tips, exercise tips, and stress management techniques.
School and Sport Physicals
Comprehensive school and sports physicals for participation in academic and athletic activities. School Physicals: Detailed health assessments to ensure your child meets school health requirements. Evaluation of medical history, growth, and development. Vision and hearing screenings. Review and update of vaccinations to ensure compliance with school immunization requirements. Discussion of any health concerns that might affect academic performance. Sports Physicals: Comprehensive physical examinations to determine if your child is physically capable of participating in sports activities. Assessment of cardiovascular health, musculoskeletal system, and overall physical fitness. Evaluation of previous injuries and guidance on injury prevention. Review of medical history and discussion of any conditions that could affect sports performance. Recommendations for safe participation in sports and physical activities.
Acute Visits
We offer care for acute medical conditions, sudden illnesses, and minor injuries. Our acute visit services are designed to address acute healthcare needs with the same level of compassion and thoroughness that defines our practice. Acute visits may include: common infections (such as respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections, and skin infections), minor injuries, viral illnesses, allergic reactions, headaches, migraines, and musculoskeletal pain.
